A change in format for my annual District Town Hall

Ever since I was first elected as the city councillor for District 2 more than 20 years ago, I have held regular Town Hall meetings with my constituents, both in person and virtually. When an important issue arises, I add extra meetings to the agenda.

This year I am switching things up in the form of a District 2 Mobile Town Hall. I will stop at three specific spots in the district to discuss issues with residents and respond to any questions. See the poster below for details.

Depuis mon élection en tant que conseiller municipal du 2e district il y a plus de 20 ans, j’organise régulièrement des réunions publiques avec mes électeurs, tant en présentiel qu’en ligne. Lorsqu’un sujet important se présente, j’ajoute des réunions supplémentaires à l’ordre du jour.

Cette année, je change de formule en organisant une réunion publique itinérante dans le 2e district. Je m’arrêterai à trois endroits précis du district pour discuter des enjeux avec les habitants et répondre à leurs questions. Consultez l’affiche pour plus de détails.

Mike Cohen, born and raised in Côte Saint-Luc, has long been active in the community as a volunteer, journalist, and consultant. He attended local schools and was first elected as City Councillor for District 2 in 2005. Since then, he has been re-elected in each municipal election, most recently in 2025. Mike Cohen, né et élevé à Côte Saint-Luc, est depuis longtemps actif au sein de la communauté en tant que bénévole, journaliste et consultant. Il a fréquenté les écoles locales et a été élu pour la première fois conseiller municipal du district 2 en 2005. Depuis lors, il a été réélu à chaque élection municipale, la dernière fois en 2025.
