Hydro-Québec meeting at City Hall March 30 pertinent to many District 2 residents

There will be a Hydro-Québec information session on Monday, March 30 ( 7 pm) at City Hall. This will be a hybrid format so you can come in person or watch it via Zoom. We will be handling the live stream via our website.

Hydro-Québec has mailed notices to residents near the sub-station, and along the high-tension pylons (ie, from sub-station to Bialik).

While this meeting is not meant for those living outside the affected area, we are nonetheless posting it to ensure that people in the affected area are aware. Given the recent power outages that eminated from the Hampstead sub-station behind Mount Sinai Hospital and plans to build a new one by 2029, I think everyone wants to know what we can expect to occur over the next few years.
