Seniors Health & Wellness Expo in CSL Tuesday

This Tuesday, May 12, the Seniors Health & Wellness Expo will take place at the Côte Saint-Luc Aquatic and Community Centre on Parkhaven. It is a daytime event, with no admission charge.

The special event is dedicated to empowering older adults with the tools, resources, and connections they need to live healthy, active, and fulfilling lives. Explore a wide range of booths featuring local health professionals, wellness experts, community organizations, and support services tailored to seniors.

Enjoy interactive demonstrations, informative talks, and opportunities to connect with others in a welcoming, community-focused environment. Whether you’re looking for health advice or simply a fun and engaging outing, there’s something here for everyone.

Ce mardi 12 mai, le Salon de la santé et du bien-être des aînés se tiendra au Centre aquatique de Côte-Saint-Luc !
Cet événement spécial a pour but de donner aux personnes âgées les outils, les ressources et les contacts dont elles ont besoin pour mener une vie saine, active et épanouissante. Venez découvrir un large éventail de stands tenus par des professionnels de la santé locaux, des experts en bien-être, des organismes communautaires et des services d’aide adaptés aux aînés.


Profitez de démonstrations interactives, de conférences informatives et d’occasions de rencontrer d’autres personnes dans un environnement accueillant et axé sur la communauté. Mike Cohen, born and raised in Côte Saint-Luc, has long been active in the community as a volunteer, journalist, and consultant. He attended local schools and was first elected as City Councillor for District 2 in 2005. Since then, he has been re-elected in each municipal election, most recently in 2025. Mike Cohen, né et élevé à Côte Saint-Luc, est depuis longtemps actif au sein de la communauté en tant que bénévole, journaliste et consultant. Il a fréquenté les écoles locales et a été élu pour la première fois conseiller municipal du district 2 en 2005. Depuis lors, il a été réélu à chaque élection municipale, la dernière fois en 2025.
