Pizza Pita Has Landed: now located on Vezina at Decarie Square

Pizza Pita Prime Relocates and Expands Services

The iconic Pizza Pita kosher restaurant has moved from Decarie Blvd. to the former Pizza Hut location on Vezina in the Decarie Square parking lot. Now operating as Pizza Pita Prime, the restaurant is run by brothers Chaim and Tzvi Shpigelman, who had been based further down Decarie since 2004. The business originally started 15 years earlier on Victoria Avenue.

The Shpigelmans have introduced a new format designed for the COVID-19 era, focusing on pickup, delivery, and catering. A “Grab & Go” counter offers all menu items, along with a large selection of fresh frozen pizza, pasta, and ice cream cakes. For parties, the Shpigelmans also operate Le Living Room on Pare Street, hosting celebrations for all occasions.

Service is efficient and safe—customers simply get in line, socially distanced, to order from the extensive menu. Pizza remains the signature item, alongside meatless burgers, wraps, shawarma, hotdogs, falafel, poutines, subs, pasta, salads, and sides such as onion rings and French fries. Desserts include decadent cookies, cakes, and ice cream.
