CSL to honour our Forces at Canada Day Fireworks

As co-chairs of Canada Day this Friday in Côte Saint-Luc, Councillor Allan J. Levine and I are pleased to announce that our grand fireworks presentation at 9:40 p.m. willl honour our Canadian troops serving in Afghanistan.

From the time this council was elected in 2005, we adopted a practice of paying tribute at the start of each public meeting to any of our troops who have lost their lives in Afghanistan.

It should be a very emotional rendition of O Canada as we introduce Lieutenant-Colonel Pierre Sasseville to an audience which will be in the thousands.

We take this opportunity to warmly thank the Hon. Irwin Cotler, MP from Mount Royal and Howard Liebman from the Mount Royal Riding Office and Mervyn Frame, Special Assistant (Acting MP Liaison) Office of the Minister of National Defence/National Defence Headquarters for assisting us in this endeavor.

Mike Cohen, born and raised in Côte Saint-Luc, has long been active in the community as a volunteer, journalist, and consultant. He attended local schools and was first elected as City Councillor for District 2 in 2005. Since then, he has been re-elected in each municipal election, most recently in 2025. Mike Cohen, né et élevé à Côte Saint-Luc, est depuis longtemps actif au sein de la communauté en tant que bénévole, journaliste et consultant. Our teacher should pour into the complete love heart to the student, does not strive for the repayment the love. Before the teachers’ day, once read several to whip the teacher the article. Said that some teachers use the teachers’ day, gathers the student guardian’s gift, has tarnished teacher’s glorious image.

Some time before, I really needed to buy a building for my firm but I did not earn enough money and could not purchase something. Thank goodness my sister proposed to try to take the mortgage loans at trustworthy bank. Thence, I acted so and used to be satisfied with my short term loan.

My coder is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses. But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year and am concerned about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
