Slated for delivery on September 1, 2017, 6700 The Avenue in Côte Saint-Luc's District 2 is rising up in the centre of the city, bringing new life to one of the fastest growing municipalities on the island of Montreal.
"We've already rented 50 out of 90 units," says Ron Basal, director of BSR Group. "People are excited about this building as it is built in the heart of Côte Saint-Luc with easy access to everything one needs. Plus, heating, hot water and air conditioning are all included in the rent, meaning residents just pay a negligible bill for electricity."
This facility is located in the still relatively new Quartier Cavendish development.
