More than 50 percent of the units already rented out in new Quartier Cavendish development

"We've already rented 50 out of 90 units," says Ron Basal, director of BSR Group. "People are excited about this building as it is built in the heart of Côte Saint-Luc with easy access to everything one needs. In the building, we have an indoor pool, underground parking, a fitness centre and more. Plus, heating, hot water and air conditioning are all included in the rent, meaning residents just pay a negligible bill for electricity."

This facility is located in the still relatively new Quartier Cavendish development.

You can read the entire story here on the BSR Blog and see a video.
