  1. Congratulations to the Beaconsfield City Council for passing the resolution. What will the Charest Government’s response to the Supreme Court judgement be? Will it bend over so much in its attempt to appease the nationalists as Bill 178 did in December 1988? We shall see…and we shall see whether the Quebec anglophone community response is the same as it was in 1988…
